stereotyped
long entry ahead.
brace yourselves.
longggg day today. i know many peoeple are gloating cos they've got no school today. my day ended at 730 pm. the latest it has for again the longest time. my fault for joining netball and tennis. yes, as of this moment, j is in
NETBALL and
TENNIS. tennis was okay. its recreational so you just try and hit the ball across the net. everybody sucks so its okay missing every other ball. in which case, i do.
netball was just a whole big other ball game. i felt like i walked in with the sign: hey look at me i'm new. the fact that i was the SINGLE person there who
hasn't played netball for any team or played
any postion just didn't help at all.
sigh. the embarrassment of having to guard some GS twice my height. (i swear) is just too much for me to bear.
tanaga is the only asian in the netball A team. she plays for under 18 instead of under 16.(which she is) says something doesn't it. i'm mighty proud of her. aeii. stnick girls just rock larr. nobody can touch us :)
anyway. someone incoharently mumbled to me today that the area which is hang out in during break is the loser section. (glares at tanaga) sighh. i'm asserting my right to announce to the whole world im not a
loser k. just a tad nerdy and hardworking ...
the ode of maybes.
maybe i'm just not being friendly enough (i'm in my happy singaporean world)
maybe i should smile more often and look more approachable.
maybe my english teacher just hates me.
maybe i should try to conciously get out there and get to know old people.
maybe i should smile at people i think i know but have kindly ignored me in the hallways.
maybe i should just lock myself in my room and study for the next two years.
actaully i really have to do something like that.
maybe i should go ask someone to tell me the rules of netball.
maybe i should just quit and be a thrower. at least i know i'm good at it.
maybe i should figure out why some grade 11s just intimidate me.
they're 15+ for crying out loud.
many things scare me at this point in time. its different when i'm not with my jewems who give me company and support for the larger part. i know its a time where i know i'm supposed to grow and be more responsible and what not. its easier when i know my friends are here and it helps that a lil someone is on the other side of the world doing the same thing i'm doing here.
